Getting started
How do I create a room design?
Open Casana AI, photograph a room or choose an image from your photo library, then select a style or describe the changes you want. Keep the app connected to the internet while the design is being prepared.
Why is my design taking time?
AI designs can take a minute or more depending on demand and image complexity. You can leave the progress screen and return to the room later. If a design fails, check your connection and try again.
How can I get better results?
- Use a clear, well-lit photo showing as much of the room as possible.
- Avoid blurry, heavily cropped, or very dark images.
- Describe the colours, materials, furniture, and mood you want.
- AI results are visual inspiration, not architectural or engineering advice.
Subscriptions and purchases
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, select Casana AI, then choose the available management or cancellation option. Deleting the app or your Casana AI account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
How do I restore a purchase?
Use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen while signed into the same Apple Account used for the original purchase. If access is not restored, restart the app and try once more before contacting us.
How do I request a refund?
Apple processes App Store payments and refund requests. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
Account and privacy
I cannot sign in
Confirm that you are using the same sign-in method you originally selected: Apple, Google, or email and password. Email users can use the password-reset option on the sign-in screen. If the problem continues, contact us using the email address above.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings → Delete account and confirm the request. This permanently removes your account and associated rooms and designs, subject to the limited retention described in our Privacy Policy. Remember to cancel any App Store subscription separately.

Read our Privacy Policy for details about uploaded photos, generated designs, analytics, service providers, and your privacy rights.
